When we focus on what we are doing instead of what we are not doing it helps to rewire the brain for success and confidence. I encourage you to think from a place of service as you contemplate gratitude each day. Who or what brings you joy and how can you add value to the world?

    End Your Day with Presence and calm

    Each day ends with a series of questions designed to bring you through a releasing and repatterning process. This is important as we often carry our worries and stress with us into another day. This stressful energy builds and often leads us to feeling overwhelmed,stressed, tired and eventually burnt out. As an energy coach I know the power of releasing what no longer serves you to make way for the new. This is why these 5 minutes each evening are so powerful!

    CONSISTENCY IS KEY

    So many practices are taken up temporarily because people lose interest, don’t see results and feel like they have no time. I have designed this journal to take 10 minutes of your day. If you do it daily it will give you back so much more in terms of mindset, energy, time, focus and gratitude. Most importantly you will begin to recognize your own patterns and through awareness you will be able to change them leading to great expansion and growth.
