      Meditation

      Meditation has been a part of my daily life for decades. It’s a practice that has helped me to go within and listen to myself with patience and calm. Meditation gives us an opportunity to take a break from an often busy and chaotic life.

      Through meditation we can be still and become the observer of our experience, instead of getting caught up in story all the time. I offer free weekly meditations on my You Tube channel so make sure to subscribe and I have some beautiful albums coming that will be available soon.
