Style of Dublin Celebrity Charity Fashion Show

37 Dawson Street is the place to be on Sunday 9th September from 7pm as Dublin Fashion Festival closes the weekend’s events with the biggest celebrity fashion show ever to hit Dublin, with all proceeds going towards a charitable cause, Acquired Brain Injury Ireland.

‘The Style of Dublin’ fashion show produced by Emma and James English of Couleur Productions and hosted by TV star and Off The Rails fashionista Brendan Courtney, promises a night of glamour and entertainment. Debbie Allen School of Dance dancers will open the show following with performers from Irelands own Brian Kennedy, along with Irish singer-songwriter Mickey Joe Harte, International Songwriter of the Year Don Mescall and The Voice of Irelands Fauve Chapman. ABI Ireland Ambassador Paul McGrath will also be present donating a variety of signed merchandise toward the event.

The fashion show itself will showcase some of Ireland’s top models and celebrities taking to the catwalk. Top model and former Miss Ireland Emma Waldron, supermodel and Mail on Sunday columnist Alison Canavan, along with Dublin Housewives stars Roz Flanagan, Jo Jordan and Virginia Macari will all partake in the show, modelling pieces from Lara Boutique, American Honey and Alila.

Dragon’s Den judge Niall O’ Farrell puts himself in the judging spotlight, alongside actors of the Fair City cast, Dave Duffy (Leo Dowling) David O’ Sullivan (Decco Bishop), and Patrick Fitzpatrick (Zumo Bishop); all modelling pieces from Lousis Copeland and Sons Top designers including Claire O’ Connor and Umit Kutluk, along with hot new milliner Aisling Ahern will all showcase some of their latest designs in the charity celeb fashion show.

Some of Dublin’s most well known socialites are also expected in attendance on the night, with names such as Paul Burnett, Claire Ronan, Noel McHale and former Miss Ireland and Sunday World columnist Amanda Brunker all being associated with the event.

Tickets available for €35 with all proceeds going directly to help rebuild lives, shattered by the trauma of an acquired brain injury resulting from a road traffic accident, fall, assault, sports injury, or stroke.
