BabyBay.ie was set up just 2 years ago by mum of 3, Mandy O’Rorke. Following the birth of her third child Mandy found herself with a house full of baby stuff and no one to pass it on to. After searching online, she couldn’t find anything specifically for the trading of baby items in Ireland and decided to set up BabyBay.ie.
BabyBay.ie is a classifieds website, specifically for the trading of baby items. BabyBay.ie provides a service to parents and parents to be who want to buy, sell and recycle baby clothes and goods online. For just €5 members can post unlimited ads for a 4 week period. Buyers have access to a huge variety of quality second hand baby items from the comfort of their own home. BabyBay.ie was designed with parents in mind to be value for money and user friendly.
Following on from the success of BabyBay.ie, Mandy has recently launched the Baby Bay Market. Mandy is now running indoor baby markets around the country where parents can book a stall for just €20 and sell on their unwanted baby stuff on the day. Stalls can be booked online at BabyBayMarket.ie. Admission on the day is €3 with €1 donated to Barnardos. There’s also free face painting and colouring for kids at all events. Details of upcoming events can also be found on BabyBayMarket.ie.
