Being Complete means for me looking after my new extended family, reflecting on what a journey my life has been, taking me around the world through a failed marriage, a good career, a successful new encounter, the decision to be a self employed mum and concluding without doubt that I wouldn’t have done it any different.

Being complete for me means raring my two kids the best I can, having them be respectful, healthy and happy. If I do that I’ll be happy. My kids are my life so that’s my number 1 priority

Being complete means for me, learning to appreciate today, and stop wanting and worrying about the future . It’s not an easy thing todo but there are signs and guides all round us helping to lead the way , again I just need to listen and learn ☺️

Being complete means for me Live Life Happy. I live with health issues, and know my life will never be what it was but I have learnt so much about myself. I have done some amount of personal growth over the last four years, that I’m very independent, strong, determined and brave. I have faced my fears head on and it’s giving me a new lease of life, I’ve gained confidence, stability and strength. I’m truly grateful every day that I’m alive and everything that’s in it.

Being complete…… Is realising that those things we feel are lacking in our lives are actually there already! If we can find a way to recognise them, harness them and nurture them then we’ll feel complete! Family, friends, health, happiness all make us feel complete but all need nurturing!

Being complete for me means being content with what I have now, and the knowledge that the grass is not necessarily greener on the other side. Also it means knowing that I don’t have to be happy all the time to be complete.

Being to complete to me is about kindness. Kindness towards yourself and towards others everyone is fighting some form of battle you know nothing about. In being complete we fuction with our hearts and heads in one place working hard, taking care of ourselves and others. When we allow ourselves to be empathetic it creates connections with everyone around us and makes us feel complete. Encouraging ourselves and others allows us to work together and being complete is about together humans need one another to function. Smile at someone who scowls and make their day a better one!
