My favouite way to relax is to pull the curtains, switch on some low lights & pretty LEDs, turn on my music & curl up on the sofa with this gal’s best pal, Tango. Then we just let the world melt away & enjoy the calm, bliss & cuddles. #PupyLove

In my fleece pjs, with my electric blanket and a cuppa. I like to keep my feet up on the couch with my fuffys socks on. It’s important to relax with my fibromyalgia. I love looking on fb for ideas on the latest fashion, make up, hair styles and tips of positivity! :) and health. I would love this foot stool to relax instead of putting my feet on the couch. Fingers crossed :)

Great prize. My ideal way to relax is to have the house all to myself for a few hours, no baby or toddler to entertain and ideally all the housework done so that my mind is free to relax. A big tall mug of matcha latte and a great book, curled up on the sofa with my feet up and nothing but the sound of silence one can dream!!

I’m serious about relaxing! I can relax with a cuppa tea and a decent book, or a glass of wine and one of my favourite magazines. If I’m stressed out – fresh air! A walk by the sea never fails to relax. Aromatherapy helps me to relax in the evenings – essential oils and candles help sooth the soul!

    Fab prize, fingers crossed!

Once the kids are all gone to bed (4 of them!) I can finally breathe in the peace & quiet
Wish they still did old movies on C4 on a Sunday afternoon though, curling up in front of the fire with Gene Kelly & Fred Astaire would be lovely

After a long hard day graft I love to come home, cook my dinner and have a nice long shower and then straight to the sofa for some unwind time. I put on some music and try and evaporate any negative parts of my day and consciously impress on the positives. It’s just a shame I have nothing to put the tired feet up on ….a footstool could work wonders for my “me space” and time xx

My favourite way to relax at this time of year is to go for a walk. The Autumn colours lift my spirits making me feel happier, healthier and calmer! Plus it’s a wonderful time to teach the kids about nature x
