      These healthy hot nuts from Maria at Life Cleanse are great as a snack or sprinkled on salad for some added flavour.

      They are a good source of energy, protein, omega 3 fatty acids and fibre.

      Ingredients:
      100g organic walnuts

      1 tsp organic cold pressed sesame oil

      1 tsp organic paprika

      half tsp organic cayenne pepper

      half tsp organic garlic powder
      Add all ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are in small pieces and well coated with flavour.
