    My top health goal for this year is to be consistent in my keep fit. With an erratic work schedule it can be difficult to stick to a routine and have a lapse so I am going to do my best to avoid that.

    My goal for 2016 is simply to get back on track with my healthy living. Having survived cancer once already, I know all too well how important making good choices is in trying to stay healthy. I’ve fallen off the wagon over the holiday season and know that it will be tough to retrain my body into craving healthy nutrition but I’m determined. This would be a lovely boost! X

    Health goal for 2016 would be to normalise my blood sugar levels and improve my insulin resistance by moving more and adding some nutritious food into my daily life. Balance my hormones, sleep better, stop overeating and eliminate my cravings ( trigger foods)

    I want to run a half marathon thats my goal. Just entered two 10k joined an athletics group and now looking for a ten mile race.I’ve planned to do it by May. Its a daily commitment to exercise, look after my body, eat better and it helps me to destress. Ive been running for 3 years and its changed my life for the better. When I start I hate it but after a mile I’m in the zone crossing a finish line makes me feel like I can do anything. It just makes me happy

    My health goal for 2016; to be mindful of my mental health as well as my physical health. I’m so busy these days with work, kids…..life! (same as everyone else!) It’s easy to forget to take time to look after my own mental and emotional well being. Hopefully if i look after that the extra Christmas pounds might take care of getting lost themselves!! :o)

    In my pursuit of Happiness I have achieved a lot from Master Degrees to running marathons. While they are great achievements the Joy was only fleeting. I have come to realise that my peace of mind and happiness is ignited by the little things, whether it is discovering a great book or laughing with friends. My goal for 2016 is to continue to fan that flame and nourish my mind and soul by continuing to enjoy the little things.

    To put into practice more mindfulness techniques in my everyday life to enjoy be happier and focus on the here and now instead of what has passed or going to happen-this in turn will improve my mental and physical health by making me more aware and influence the choices I make 2016 is going to be great year for me xx

    My Health goal is eat more raw foods especially more fruit & vegetables x I now have a Processed food ban. Up my intake of water and get more exercise.

    My top health goal for 2016 is to finally get rid of or at least get under control my eczema, through healthy eating and not steroid cream, so that I can enjoy wearing clothes like tshirts and shorts and not feel embarrassed anymore!

    My goal is to be the best mum I can be for my son with ASD I have started my journey by preparing meals from scratch, getting plenty exercise I took up aqua aerobics and enrolled my son in private swimming lessons I believe this would help to increase energy levels to fight every journey we need to achieve thanks for the chance already feeling better 1/2 stone lighter after two weeks onwards and upwards :)

    To Be more like you Alison and adopt a much healthier lifestyle and mindset by having a Can Do attitude..To get up off my backside & really try my best to finally loose weight, to take much better care of myself & stop always putting myself last whilst i take care & worry about everyone else around me. To detox from devices/screens and focus more on enjoying & treasuring every little moment with family and friends. To Count My Blessings. And finally to face my fears and finally learn to drive. :-)
