      Post Natal Depression is far more common than any of us realise. I receive so many messages and emails from Mums who are still suffering in silence and I strongly urge you to get help. I know how hard it is but i promise you that you will recover once you get help and take the baby steps necessary. There are lots of helplines and charities in this article so pick up the phone.
