Tongue scraping is an ancient ayurvedic, or yogic practice but it still has great benefits today! Since I started including it in my morning hygiene routine I have noticed a big difference. Then every other day I do coconut oil pulling to help keep my gums healthy. Swish it around your mouth for 10-15 minutes to help draw out toxins. I usually do this when I’m in the shower. Make sure to put it into tissue paper to dispose of it as otherwise it can block the drain.
